Nandi D. Sundaram
Nandi has been active in the physical therapy world for over 14 years, and massage therapy for over 21 years. After graduating from the University of San Francisco with a BS in exercise and sports science with emphasis on pre PT, Nandi entered the graduate program at Samuel Merritt College, from which he then earned his Masters in Physical Therapy in 2004 with a strong emphasis on the Australian method of manual therapy. Upon graduation, Nandi worked in multiple settings as a physical therapist including: in and out patient orthopedic (9 years experience), acute inpatient, pediatric outpatient, and a variety of other Physical Therapy departments.
Nandi has also been trained in the Pilates method by Polestar Pilates. He integrates Pilates with Physical Therapy techniques to provide optimum results for patients.
Nandi enjoys most outdoor activities such as mountain biking, skiing, running and swimming. He also enjoys working out in the gym with weights and playing basketball; but what he enjoys the most is watching his two children Evan, 9, play basketball, baseball, soccer and flag football and Arden, 7, play soccer as well as dancing in ballet, jazz and through life.
Nandi approaches his patients with the philosophy of providing guidance and knowledge to give them a greater understanding of the body and independence with their health.
